yeah , as it says , this is T'vean during different times

from left to right: year 2270, year 2295-2300 and year 2340-2345
as for her age , in the first she's 22 , then 47-52 and the last is +103 (no I didnt miscalculate there , at some point in her last 5 years mission she got traped in some sort of time bubble for +10 years untill she managed to find a way to get back into normal time)

to the last uniform , it was supposed to be some sort of pre TNG type of uniform , but I just relised that I kinda swaped the colors ]: darn ( rank is rear admiral btw)
